Jonathan De Armas did not always know he would become a personal injury attorney. His legal journey started as an Assistant Public Defender, where he fell in love with helping people who felt lost in the legal system. After years of courtroom experience and working in insurance defense as a civil litigation attorney, something clicked; he realized he wanted to spend his career fighting for families who needed someone on their side.

In May 2019, Jonathan made a big decision. He left his previous firm because they didn’t share his vision and started De Armas Law with a clear focus: serving Tampa and Orlando families who needed someone different. He built his practice around real people with real problems—working parents who can’t afford to miss work, families stretched thin financially, and people who never thought they’d need a lawyer.
