Mr. De Armas is a civil litigation attorney representing individuals injured in automobile accidents, medical providers in personal injury protection (“PIP”) claims, and Homeowners in hurricane and property damage claims.

Mr. De Armas began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando. He has tried numerous cases to verdict having never lost a felony jury trial in his career. Thereafter, Mr. De Armas was employed by one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms litigating automobile negligence, property claims, premise liability, wrongful death, and PIP matters. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. De Armas was a successful first-party Plaintiff attorney recouping millions of dollars of insurance benefits for his clients.
