After earning his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, he started his career as an Assistant Public Defender for Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando.
There, he tried numerous cases to verdict and never lost a felony jury trial—an experience that built the foundation for the confident, strategic trial attorney he is today.
He later transitioned into civil litigation, working at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms before moving to the plaintiff side. This experience gave him a rare insider perspective on how insurance companies evaluate claims, assess risk, and decide when to settle.
